Marcy Foth has been with Maria Quinn since she became a paralegal
in 1991. Marcy’s vast experience enables her to work with the firm’s clients
who are in need of probate and trust administration and in the establishment of
guardianships and conservatorships. She works closely with families to
facilitate the administration process from the death of a loved one to the
final distribution of inheritances in accordance with the wishes and intentions
of the decedent’s estate planning documents and pursuant to the laws of the
decedent’s state of domicile. She works closely with the attorneys in the
firm and the decedent’s heirs, accountants and other professional advisors to
process assets, manage property, redeem stocks and bonds, pay bills and offer
assistance with IRS estate and income tax compliance. She sees clients in
both of the firm’s offices and can often be found at a client’s home when
they cannot come into the office. She has developed strong fiduciary and
professional relationships with the firm’s clients, courts, financial
institutions and charitable organizations to insure the decedent’s legacy is
respected and followed.
